My name is Partha Mazumder (but call me Maz), and I am a Fitness and Rehabilitation Coach based in Montreal. I speak English, French and Hindi.

I specialize in rehabilitation, strength training, pre & post natal, post surgery/ injury, sports-specific training, and weight loss programs.
