This semi-custom monthly weightlifting plan is designed for those that want to workout at home and are familiar with dumbbell / kettlebell exercises, and resistance bands. Your goals may included increasing overall strength, improving energy, reducing pain or improving stamina. You can expect 3-5 workouts per week + cardio recommendations. Workouts are approximately 20-45 minutes in length. Plan progresses each week with recommended sets & reps. No gym, no problem this workout will help you reach your goals from the comfort of home!
