No changes, no judgement, just your normal eating habits. At the end of those 7 days, I’ll review everything in detail. From there, I’ll design a hyper-customized nutrition strategy for you: a breakdown of your target calories and macros, along with flexible options, suggestions, and portion sizes that actually fit your lifestyle. This is not a meal plan...I won’t tell you exactly what to eat. Instead, you’ll get a strategic framework that respects your preferences, routines, and goals so you can confidently make choices day-to-day. The result: structure without restriction, clarity without confusion, and a system you can actually stick to.

    One-on-one strength and fitness coaching in a private or small-group setting. Each 55-minute session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and needs, with an emphasis on proper form, safe progression, and effective training. Sessions include real-time feedback, form adjustments, and programming that supports your overall progress inside and outside the gym. Policies: All sessions are 55 minutes. All sales are final — no refunds. 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the session. Session packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.
