How would you describe the word of DISCIPLINE? What does the word mean to you?Going deep on the meaning of each letter can give you quick, daily guidance to remember what’s important. Before you start reading mine, I would like you to grab pen and paper and write the answers yourself or do it with me… letter after letter. This was on my mind this morning at 5 am. This is totally based on my experiences and how I developed the habit of discipline – which helped me and my family in the exponential growth. D – stand story dedicationYou have to dedicate your entire being onto the goal ahead no matter what the circumstances are. You must put over 100% in. What would be my actions for today to stay disciplined? List them. I – stands for intuitionWe all have it. If you deepen your connection you will discover that most of the time you know what’s right for you. You know what to eat what not – so don’t make things complicated. Eat clean, eat often. Exercise daily. S – sacrificeYou will have to give up something to receive another thing. In staying fit and healthy for life, you must give up the urges of the unhealthy food and replace it with what’s good for you. So what are your cravings? What stops you every day from getting where you want to be? Is it food? Or maybe just the excuses? Sometimes you will have to give up sleep to get up and do your workout. The examples are endless. Tune into you and you will find them. C – consistencyThat’s a great one! Creating habits, rituals that will lead you to an awesome outcome. You must do them daily, and as you repeat them, you will realize how important they are for you. I am a pro with this. So contact me today and let’s create the best habits for you. I – I am in charge. I am in controlYou are in control of how you act, what you think, what you eat – not others. Do not let others spoil your creation and vision. P – stands for planWithout a map, you will be lost in your journey. Plan it out – see where the road will take you, change it if you have to. Adjust your course of direction. What would be your plan – what time will you workout daily? What will you be eating and what you will be avoiding? Be very specific here – more details – better outcome. L – live itThis is your core, your life, not a temporary fix, not to impress anyone! This is how you are, this is what you preach and show in action. I – interestMake it interesting. In order to last you must enjoy the journey, then you will never quit. So what is there that you will love about this journey? N – no excusesAnytime the self-doubt arise. Kill it with action and explain to yourself that this is just an Excuse. Less of them you make, more you will achieve! E- eliminate distractionPeople/Product/Places – you must remove what gets your focus away. Think of this one really deep because it’s a major one in achieving a goal. What stops you from doing the right thing for you? Who are the people that do not believe or doubt you? What product shifts your focus away – is it chocolate or chips or fast food? How about the places you visit – maybe a restaurant is a trigger, maybe fast food?
