The 24 Abs Exercises:

  1. Seated In & Outs: Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean back slightly and engage your core as you extend your legs out and pull them back in.
  2. Russian Twists: Sit with your knees bent, lean back, and twist your torso to the right and then to the left, tapping the floor beside you.russian twists
  3. Chair Sit-Ups: Use a sturdy chair, sit at the edge, lean back, and perform sit-ups while keeping your feet flat on the floor.
  4. Chair Crunches: Similar to sit-ups but focus on curling your upper body towards your knees while seated.
  5. Laying Knee Raises: Lie flat on your back and raise your knees toward your chest, engaging your abs throughout the movement.
  6. Reach Ups: Lie on your back, legs extended. Lift your upper body and reach for your toes, activating your core.
  7. Star Crunch: Lie on your back and spread your arms and legs. Crunch up and bring your opposite arm to your opposite leg, alternating sides.
  8. Bicycles: Lie on your back and pedal your legs in a bicycle motion while bringing your elbow to the opposite knee.
  9. Bolt Hold: Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, and hold your legs off the ground, keeping your core tight.
  10. Seated Leg Flutter: Sit on the floor, lean back, and alternate lifting your legs while keeping your core engaged.
  11. Crucifix: Lie on your back with arms and legs spread out in a “T” shape. Hold for time to engage your core.
  12. Alternating Single Leg: Lie on your back and alternate lifting each leg while keeping your core engaged.
  13. Laying Leg Raises: Lie flat and lift your legs straight up towards the ceiling and lower them without touching the ground.
  14. Static Hold: Get into a plank position and hold it for a time, keeping your body in a straight line.
  15. Toe Touches: Lie on your back and lift your legs straight up. Crunch up and reach for your toes.
  16. Plank Hold: Get into a plank position and hold it, focusing on your breath and core stability.
  17. In & Out Open/Closed: In a seated position, open and close your legs while leaning back to engage your abs.
  18. Switching Mountain Climbers: In a plank position, alternate bringing your knees to your chest in a quick, controlled motion.
  19. Plank Alternating Toe Taps: In a plank position, reach down with one hand to touch your opposite toe, alternating sides.
  20. Side Plank Raises: Get into a side plank position and lift your top leg up and down for added intensity.
  21. Plank Knee to Elbow: In a plank position, bring one knee towards the elbow on the same side, then switch.
  22. Plank Push-Ups: Transition from a plank position to a push-up position, engaging your core throughout.
  23. High Plank Toe Taps: In a high plank, tap your toes out to the side while keeping your hips stable.
  24. Plank Up and Down: Move from a high plank to a low plank, alternating between the two positions.
