1. Use an app that schedules & checks you into your workout.
A smartphone app (like Trainerize!) will help you keep accountable for your health and fitness goals. With the right app, your smartphone can be your own trainer, nutritionist, and motivator.
2. Break your workout into 10-minute segments.
Making it into smaller chunks helps it seem less intimidating than a full workout. According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “several short workouts throughout the day can be just as effective as one long duration workout.” Three to eight ten-minute workouts performed once in a while within the day can be more realistic and powerful.tion.
3.Meet up with workout partner or group.
This could be a friend, a running group or a fitness app community. A workout partner will make an activity done while having fun. After all, we are all social beings, we need friends to laugh with, encourage and get us committed.
