Making the change to a morning gym person, or as I like to call you, WARRIOR, requires a big commitment on your part!
With the only exception being those who work during the early mornings, there really is no reason to work out in the late evening. There are many benefits to becoming a morning gym warrior, you just need to make that commitment. It will take time and patience, but I also believe it will make you a more productive and mentally prepared person. You’re starting your day on a positive note!
Here are some of the reasons to make that change to a MORNING GYM WARRIOR!
- Less Stress – During exercise, your brain makes more endorphins aka the “feel-good” neurotransmitters. Studies also show that physical activity is a natural stress reliver. Get your day started on a positive note!
- Less Distractions – By getting your work out done early, you don’t have to worry about it later. Get it done and out of the way, so your evening can be spent with family and proper sleep.
- Better Energy – Regular exercise is excellent for boosting energy and reducing fatigue. Not only will you be in a better mood, but you will feel more energized throughout the day.
- Better Focus – Studies show physical activity done anytime, improves focus and concentration. If you have trouble focusing as the day progresses, then maybe a morning workout routine is for you!
- Improved sleep – Regulating your sleep is one of the toughest things to do, especially nowadays. Getting at least 6 hours of sleep is crucial. You will hear many say 8 hours, but that is a third of your life, so I’m giving you back 2 hours! Live them!
- Less crowded gyms – Usually gyms are empty during the early mornings, so you will probably have most of the gym to yourself. Take advantage!
- There is no better way to start the day! Make the change, it will be worth it!
In conclusion, I was once an evening gym goer and there is really nothing wrong with it, many don’t have a choice. I made the switch this past year and have really enjoyed the change. I have more energy and focus than ever before and I find I’m making calmer decisions. It’s a win-win situation!
