I put all my thought in a book and brought my vision to life.
In the beginning, it was very hard to create or start an active and a happy lifestyle. I was going to school full time, working a part-time job, and raising two amazing young girls. You can say I was busy. When would I have time to add working out to the list? Than I look down to my kids and I decided that day I was going to change my life for the better.
First, I changed my shopping habits which changed my eating habits.
I started cooking more with olive oil and baking my food rather than deep frying it and such. Since the weight loss I am more happy and active with my kids. The weight was getting the best of me and I could not allow that for the sake of myself and children.
I had just finished my last class before the final exam in graduate school, when I dropped out of school. I was unsure as to what I wanted to do with my life. I thought about my future heavy and I knew I wanted something I can leave to my kids, that would inspire them to become the person they want to be.
I am very good in science and I love technology. Once I got the thinking, things started connecting. I wanted to be able to work outside the gym and not be limited to the many individuals I want to help. What is better than online? Most people want motivation, a direction, and some support when it comes to working out.
My main goal when I started Be Happy Lifestyle was to create awareness and educate the world on the positive benefits associated with exercise and overall health. This is only the beginning to my journey. I am not done yet.
