I was you…
That girl who was so damn hard-working yet had nothing to show for it.
The anxiety, the frustration, the thought that I just wasn’t worthy of more!
I spent hours on social media judging other people’s lives through my own lens.
I wondered: “How do they have the ability to travel the world, drive fancy cars, wear nice clothes and walk around with such confidence all of the time?”
Meanwhile, here I was wearing the same leggings I bought a few years back, going to a shop I absolutely hated and struggling to make ends meet.
I felt like an absolute failure.
I’d go out to eat with my friends & order the cheapest thing on the menu.
I’d avoid social gatherings because I was embarrassed when the check came.
I remember being out in Los Angeles, California when I ordered a round of drinks for my girlfriends and me with the last 50$ I had to my name.
I had to text my mom because I overdraft my account and wasn’t getting paid for another week.
…the embarrassment I felt, having to ask my mother for money flooded me.
I was so smart and hard-working, so why didn’t I have anything to show for it?
I’ll tell you why…
Because the money coming in was purely enough to survive.
I had an energetic block and unconscious belief that I worth a specific amount and so that’s what I was bringing home every day.
…I knew that was no way to live.
…So I invested in my health.
I knew that health was the foundation of all great things in this life.
Being healthy and vital WILL help you to succeed and research as linked a correspondence.
I want you to picture the most successful people in the world. They have a variety of character traits that have helped them become who they are, at the core but their foundation was their health.
