WHY PEOPLE DON’T GET FITNESS RESULTS IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF THEIR JOURNEY?
Let’s be real, the main reason people work out is because they want a better physique. They want results right away and get frustrated when they don’t see any physical change. Some people will get results sooner than others and there is a explanation for that. They simply got the job done and changed their habits.
In order to have a physical change and a better looking physique you must make an analysis of your lifestyle and priorities. Once you identify those you can start to make a commitment for a certain period and work towards your goal.
Let’s say you are committed but you are struggling in your process. Maybe you remain consistent for a few days or weeks. Then something happened in between that it’s keeping you away from your goal. Or simply you may think you are doing your best. Maybe you’re exercising and being consistent showing off 4-5 days to the gym and start having second thoughts because you are not getting your fitness results. Trust me, we all have been there once or twice in our fitness journey, but I will help you with some tips that I use for my clients so you can achieve the body you want.
3 MAIN KEY FACTORS YOU MUST KEEP IN MIND EVERY SINGLE DAY
- SLEEP: In order to get the physical results you are looking and keep them sustainable, the main key you must consider it’s your sleeping quality. You must get in bed early and not compromise your hours of sleep for partying . Lack of rest compromises your hormone levels, creates insulin resistance and another inflammatory factors.
- STRESS: Usually, individuals perceive stress as an isolated occurrence, noticing it primarily during significant events such as work-related challenges, relationship issues, or personal setbacks. However, stress is pervasive in our day-to-day experiences. Whether it’s during physical exercise of traffic congestion, or when faced with potential threats. Each instance of stress prompts our bodies to produce cortisol, preparing us for action or non-action. It’s crucial to remain composed in stressful situations; otherwise, maintaining a state of alertness or defensiveness can trigger cortisol levels and lead to inflammation.
- HABITS: generally speaking this refers to all external factors, usual activities, social events, social groups, alcohol and food preferences. Only modifying this habits you will modify your physique, since we will not see any change if we keep doing the same thing.
So now you know what you have to do with your sleeping patterns, your personal situations and your casual or daily habits. I recommend to make changes progressively and in a daily basis. I am not saying that you stop doing it right away, this will bring second thoughts in your fitness journey and obtain the desired results.
