As a Pilates Instructor, I can help you to assess your body.
The session will take 30 minutes, and I will explain and give you 13/14 exercises.
You don’t need to prepare yourself, wear comfortable pants and be ready to filmed.
After your assessment, I will review every exercise you made and highlight areas you need to improve.
I will send you an easy result to read.
Suppose you would like to get a program from me. In that case, you will receive a different email from my app to access the exercises I created for you and another mobility/core program to improve your mobility and core strength/endurance.
Just a few simple tests can give you a good baseline of where you are, and with regular checks, you’ll know what to work on to maintain your health.
