Over the course of the month of April, we will perform 1000 Reps across 4 different exercises. The exercises we will be performing are Squats, Jumping Jacks, Sit Ups and Pushup, The rule is you should do 34 reps of each everyday, however, its fine if you miss a day or decide you are feeling strong and want to do a few more. Cardio Challenge Rules and Scoring System (MUST HAVE A FIT BIT OR A FITNESS TRACKER THAT DOES THE SAME FUNCTION FOR THIS CHALLENGE) Create and Earn Points: For each unique Cardio Move you create, you earn 1 point. You can earn up to 2 points from Cardio Moves per day. Mileage Points: For every tenth of a mile you complete each day, you earn 1 point. (Example: Running 2 miles earns you 20 points.)
