On the platform you have access to an online and interactive dashboard, monitor behavioral habits and biometric progress, nutrition guidance and meal tracking, exercise programming that transforms your life through science-based strategic and body-friendly movements, follow a personalized plan through milestones that give rise to progress. When you feel it is time to add accountability from a coach or live sessions, you can upgrade to our ENHANCED or IDEAL programs.
