Chris has been training clients professionally since 2000, and has led hundreds of people toward attainment of their individual fitness goals. He has garnered experience as a master level trainer at corporate gyms (NYHRC & Equinox). From 2006-2012, Chris was the resident personal trainer at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental (located in New York City’s Time Warner Center). CJT has privately trained some of world’s most successful people at Mandarin Oriental New York, private residences, and overseas.
Chris holds a certified personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, he has earned multiple accredited fitness certifications and has taken several advanced courses such as anatomy & kinesiology and biomechanics. Chris has a “Master Personal Trainer” certification from the International Fitness Professionals Association.
