You will receive strength and core workouts to be repeated throughout the weeks as you increase (as tolerated) weight, reps and/or sets. New workouts will be provided every four weeks to keep you challenged and give you variety. Your individualized plan may take up to 10 days to create AFTER you complete the Consultation Form. This form is where you specify your goals, equipment, gym setting, days to train, current activities, etc. The more specific you are, the more customizable your plan can be. All plans will begin on a Monday and go for 12 weeks. Logging your data will allow for a graph of your progress. Photos and weight recorded at the onset of each month and end date are also motivational and are only accessible by you and your trainer.

This programs starts out with walk/run intervals that progressively decreases walks and increases runs. Also includes strength workouts that focus on conditioning, balance, core-work and rest/stretch/make-up days (2 each week) Equipment needed for workouts: bands (or cable machine access), dumbbells, sturdy bench or step or stair. An exercise ball (Swiss ball) is helpful to do hamstring curls.
