I am a specialised Strength & Conditioning coach living in Toronto, originally from Cork, Ireland.

During my 7 years as a strength coach I have worked with a range of different clients, each with distinct and separate goals.
I have enabled athletes to excel at their chosen sports, rehabilitated clients with preexisting injuries, added lean muscle mass to physiques as well as shedded undesired fat tissue.

To be successful with any fitness goal, it is essential that a pragmatic, logical plan is designed to ensure measurable and sustainable results. For this to occur an extensive understanding of how the body functions and reacts to training stress is imperative. I pride myself on providing premium standard coaching and programming to enable every client to become a stronger and healthier person.
