Hey ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to your 12 Week Fitness Program designed to push you toward those athletic goals! This program will include some pretty hardcore cardio (you got this!), timed workouts, circuit style movements, and weight training - all of which can totally be done from home with even just your body weight. The goal by the end of 12 weeks is to feel more empowered in your athleticism, and hopefully in yourself as a whole! I want you to feel accomplished each day and each week. I want you to grow mentally as well as in your athleticism through this journey. Allow yourself to challenge any feelings of not being enough, not doing well enough, or comparing yourself to others and release that nonsense. This is a non-cookie cutter program designed to help you establish the foundation of your fitness journey through mastering the basics and building a solid base of movement, strength, conditioning and function. Whether you're an Olympic athlete or brand new to fitness, this program will help you implement foundational elements of biomechanics and neuromuscular control to help you produce controlled movement through coordinated muscle activity.
