👋 Hi, I'm Austin Cooper – a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a rich background in exercise science, patient assessment, and personalized training programs. With a B.S. in Exercise Science, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in progress, my focus has always been on blending evidence-based science with practical, achievable fitness goals.
Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients, from those in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation to those in senior and assisted living facilities, helping each client build strength, confidence, and independence through tailored exercise regimens. My mission is simple: to empower people to live healthier, more active lives with the right knowledge, support, and motivation.
