Fitness Assessment & Health History Consultation During your initial session, we’ll review your health history, discuss your fitness goals, and complete a brief fitness assessment and workout to evaluate your current fitness level. Coaching packages will also be outlined during this time. This session is valid for one month from the purchase date and can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, you must contact the trainer directly to reschedule. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; otherwise, a half-session fee will be charged.
