Graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, has a BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in coaching and minor in Sports Management. Holds Black Belt ranks in various martial arts that included Tae Kwon Do, Kempo, Goju Ryu, and Ju-Jitsu.

Always Strong Fitness is located in Brighton, MA, neighbors to the Warrior Ice Arena (Boston Bruins) and Auerbach Center (Boston Celtics). Open since 2015 servicing clients of all goals, life after rehab, post surgery, competitive athletes, and wellness seekers.
