This full body training is for the ladies who are looking to drop 10 to 40 pounds. This class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am and 7pm
I want to first start by saying I am not a nutritionist, but I can help you to make healthier food choices. This is a premade meal plan. This meal plan will include a grocery list, some great ways on how to stay consistent, portion size and 5 meals a day for 7 days out the week. The 5 meal a day are breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snakes. For the breakfast and lunch, you will be able to pick from 2 to 3 different meals. For Dinner you will pick one vegetable one protein and one healthy carb and for the snacks you will have a list of about 5 to 7 options to choose from. With the Portion size I would suggest you basing it off or you micronutrition (macro nutrition are referred to as the three main nutrients that the body needs in large quantities to function properly and those are Carbohydrates, protein and Fat) you can find out what your macro nutrition should be by going to www.calculator.net.
This 12-week program is for women who are looking to loss 10Lbs to 40Lbs or looking to gain curves. The difference will be in the Meal Plan. Women who are looking to build muscle and are looking to lift their glues all while keeping their softness and curves. Women who are also looking to build up their consistency in the gym.
