Howdy! My name is Danny Phillips! I'm a 32-year-old fitness expert from Dallas, Texas. I believe my purpose in life is to help people not just reach their goals, but to help instill deep confidence that allows them to build and reach goals on their own.

I am a competitive bodybuilder and am x2 nationally qualified. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and am currently enrolled in John Jewitts J3 University to further my knowledge. I am constantly seeking to increase my knowledge regarding all thing's fitness and wellness.
