Im Jerrell Jackson (Co-Owner of API ELITE),

I was born and raised in Houston, TX where i excelled as a 4-sport athlete throughout most of his grade school years. I later received a full scholarship to play football for the University of Missouri (M.I.Z!). I had a great career at Mizzou where I then graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences.

As i continued my football career professionally i later played for the Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears, and Kansas City Chiefs. My background in sports has taught me important it is to invest time and money into a healthy body. Unfortunately, i suffered a broken foot that put a halt on football. God later directed me to sports and fitness training.

Since grade school i had a passion for motivating others to live a healthier lifestyle. So i decided to get certified and see where it could go. I've now been training since 2015 where i worked with athletes and created Family Fitness Bootcamps in Houston, Texas. After finding a new passion for fitness i moved to Columbia Mo, in 2016 where API ELITE was created! Over the years i have continued to grow my love for this industry and i'm excited to share it with you! I hope to be a motivation in your life where i can help you reach goals!
