In this one hour posing session we will evaluate your physique, we will cover the box walk, the T walk, mandatory, and symmetry poses. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and we will recommend poses that will highlight your strong points.
Our In Person training is designed for individuals who need face to face instruction. We charge $1 per minute for this type of coaching and you must make your payment at least 24 hours in advance. The payment that you make will be for a total of three (3) sessions. You and your coach will decide what times/days that you will meet. *There are no cancellations, refunds or reschedules for this service.
Our Monthly Elite Coaching includes weekly check-ins, bi-weekly body composition check-ins, customized nutrition plan, customized training plan, blood panel evaluation and bi-weekly physique evaluation. Our goals are to teach you how to train, eat and hydrate properly, attain adequate rest, and set goals of your own. Our primary concern is your health followed by the attainment of your desired physique. We ask that you follow our coaching protocol as closely as possible and that you share any questions that you have during your check-ins so that we may address them. We look forward to working with you on a successful health and fitness journey!
We understand that you may not have the time you desire to train for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. For that reason we designed a program that lasts between 15 minutes and 27 minutes. Your workouts are set up with a circuit of 3 rounds with rest periods between 15-35 seconds. If you find that you complete your 3 rounds and you still have time left we challenge you to add on or two more rounds. When selecting a weight for your exercises you must choose a weight that will allow you to complete your designated rep range. When you find more time we encourage you to start one of our more advanced programs.
Nutrition Plan: Your nutrition plan will consist of a macronutrient count ( grams of protein, carbs, fat), calorie count, varied meals/snacks that you will need to consume on a given day. Generally, we provide clients with opportunities to eat 3-6 times per day depending on their goals. If you have any food allergies or restrictions please inform us before we design your nutrition plan. Please note that this will be fulfilled within three (3) business day and after you complete the following: *Client Questionnaire *An "In Body Scan" *A detailed summary of your specific goals with any limitations that you may have including but not limited to injuries or time constraints. In this summary please specify the type of training equipment that you have. E.g. home-gym, gym or no equipment.
Training Plan: Your training plan will be in 3 phases with each phase containing 4 weeks. The difficulty of the training will increase as you progress through each phase. All of the exercises will be geared toward helping you reach your specific performance or aesthetic goal. If there are exercises that may cause you pain please let us know before we design your program. Please note that this will be fulfilled within three (3) business day and after you complete the following: *Client Questionnaire *An "In Body Scan" *A detailed summary of your specific goals with any limitations that you may have including but not limited to injuries or time constraints. As you progress from phase to phase your RPE (rate of perceived exertion)/intensity will increase. Your scale will be 1-10, with 1 being easy and 10 being extremely difficult. Phase 1 RPE 5-6 with rep range of 20 Phase 2 RPE 6-7 with rep range of 15 Phase 3 RPE 7-7.5 with rep range of 10-12 Phase 4 RPE 7-9 with rep range of 8-10 *You will not go over 9 RPE as your form will likely suffer and injury may occur. Also, it is important to note that a proper nutrition and recovery plan is necessary to see maximum results.
