This 8 week programme is designed specifically to target your whole body and burn fat and build strength. This course has one aim: to get you prepared mentally and physically for military basic training. I initially developed this programme with the Royal Air Force to help recruits pass the entry fitness tests. I have since developed this course to build in physical skills, reduce the chance of injury, build mental resilience and give you an understanding of basic nutrition principles. This course is partnered with an Ex-SAS soldier who teaches you how to overcome mental obstacles. If you're serious about doing well in basic training, now is the time.

If you want to work out at home, with minimal equipment then Project Lean is for you. Stay home and lose weight. I have had clients lose up to 6.5kg on this programme in just 4 weeks! This programme is designed to be completed for 4 weeks, but can be taken up to 6 weeks if you want to cut more fat! All you need is 1 dumbbell. You can add resistance bands too if you have them.
