  • Sneak Peek-8-week Band Full Body workout Beginner

    Try before you buy, 1-week sneak peek try out the workouts see if you like them. This program is an introduction to using bands for beginners. Upper Body / Lower Body workouts alternate, 4 days per week alternating upper with lower There is an included 20-minute core circuit for Saturdays, for those who want a little bit of extra work. After month 1, the movements become slightly more complex and you will be introduced to new exercises. This program is great for those you are new to strength training and have access to bands. This is a great program to burn calories or get back into an exercise routine.
