May Movement Challenge. A great way to work on your daily movement. Each day you will be assigned an amount of time to work on movement. The movement is up to you, it can be cardio, strength, stretch, yoga, any activity you enjoy. The goal is to move daily and do a different type of movement each day. Mark your activity as complete on your calendar to earn points towards the challenge.
