The ALC Elite membership is meant for those looking to compete in powerlifting, bodybuilding, races (spartan race, marathon, 5k, track and field etc.) and any other sporting competition. Elite membership grants access to the AthElite Lifting Club training app with monthly program updates, on-demand workout library, community groups, workout & meal tracking (calories, macros, etc), and full access to our team of elite coaches! Custom training is best for those needing personalized workouts and total access to a coach. If you're recovering from an injury, pregnant, or training for a specific event/sport, this is especially for you. You will be working with me and my assistant coach, Kelli. Together we will create a game plan for your workouts and nutrition, and oversee your entire training program. 3 months minimum is required. We're so excited for to join our team!
koThis payment subscription covers your 12 monthly in-person training sessions, with your card being charged every 30 days. If you wish to opt out of in-person training, please inform your coach at least 30 days in advance. Looking forward to working with you!
Group training is ideally suited for individuals with general fitness goals, such as weight loss. Please note that group training members should not have preexisting injuries; in such cases, I highly recommend considering custom training for a more tailored approach. Access to a gym is necessary for group training. If you have minimal equipment, such as dumbbells only, I recommend signing up for our Program Pass and starting one of our home-based programs like Home Foundations. With group training, you'll benefit from general access to me and my assistant coach, Kelli, along with nutritional guidance. You'll follow the group workouts and communicate with the coaching staff in our group chat. A commitment of 3 months is required for optimal results.
