Ive been a working as a Personal Trainer since 2005, and have worked in both the UK and Australia, whilst playing football professionally. After I developed my knowledge through a Sports Science degree, and completing my CSCS, I progressed to my MSc in Strength & Conditioning.

I have worked alongside athletes, celebrities, and many, many people including individuals with more specific need, who were given the tools to push to get the goals that they deserved - Applying a comprehensive that will cover all bases and allow you to maximise your results.
