Promoting health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. In my professional life I've worked as a high school coach, athletic director, recreation center director and as a fitness center director. I have always led a physically active lifestyle, participating in various sports growing up and running Cross Country and Track in college. My education includes a Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education. I take great pride in helping others to find their fitness and reach their personal goals and push beyond what they think is possible.
