Welcome to the B3 Fitness Men’s - Lean (Full Gym) training plan! Our most popular Men's training plan! This program is designed specifically for men just like you who want to be in the best shape possible. Over the course of these phases you'll experience workouts that are efficient and effective in building your goal physique from a "corporate" or "commercial" gym setting. The difference between our “Lean” and our “Mass” plan is the “Lean” workouts will be faster pace with more supersets, tri-sets, conditioning, and will progress from Full Body workouts to splits over time. In comparison. Whereas the “Mass” program is designed with putting as much muscle tissue on as possible which means more rest periods, less cardio, and introducing “splits” a bit earlier on.
