This is an 8 week full body split that exposes you to everything you need to get comfortable weight lifting in the gym. You will be using the machines, barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, and cables to enhance your stabiltiy and strength. Each exercise includes a detailed video explaining how the movement is performed. There are also warmup and cooldown stretches included for each day. After completion of this, you will be more confident with using gym equipment that once intimidated you and STRONGER than ever before!
This POTS training program focuces on resistance training while improving postural tolerance to upright and standing exercises. It included 4 3 week intervals of training so can be completed in 84-90 days, progressing from floor exercises, to machines, to standing movements. You will use bands, dumbbells, machines, cables, and the barbell. I recommend taking it slow. If you need more time than the 3 week period for each portion, you can do it at your own pace. There are video demonstrations for each exercise, a warm-up and cooldown routine for each day, and a core routine that can be performed any day.
