Hello! My name is Rosie, and I started Muay Thai 24 years ago. I was looking for an outlet and a way of exercising that was enjoyable. I am a mum to 4 children, love travelling, cooking and if I'm not training then you can usually find me somewhere outdoors. At the beach, mud runs, snowboarding, exploring the globe, or doing something adventurous.

Muay Thai allowed me to release stress whilst working up a sweat. I'd walk out of the classes feeling like I could take on the world. All my worries that I had walking in, had gone. I felt energised, happy, empowered and enthusiastic about the day ahead.
I started Beaches Muay Thai so that others could also feel this way too. I predominantly love to teach women. There is something about the energy and power in a class full of women laughing whilst they kick the pads.

Before beginning Muay Thai at the age of 17, I was always involved in sports, including Rowing, Swimming, Tennis, Netball, Weight training, Skiing & Snowboarding.
Beaches Muay Thai is a supportive environment where members can enjoy a safe training space. The more dancing and laughing in class the better.
