This will be a Fitness Programme created and tailored specifically for your current fitness level and goals. You will also have full access to my Personal Training App for 2 MONTHS, so you can view exercise tutorial videos of every exercise. You'll also have a calendar where you can schedule your workouts (I'll schedule your first 8 weeks for you). You'll also be able to track your weights and reps. If you haven't done so already, be sure to complete my Fitness Programme Consultation Form so I have all the information I need to create your programme for you, or do this straight after you've purchased your plan. Alternatively you can contact directly to discuss your requirements. Upon purchase, you will have instant access to my Personal Training app, so you can take a look around. Please allow upto 48 hours for your programme to be created. I'll typically have it ready for you either same day or next day, and I'll schedule 2 months of training into your calendar for you (feel free to drag drop your workouts to other days). If you'd like to continue to have access to my Personal Training app after your first 2 months, you can subscribe to my Access Only plan for £4.99/month (optional). It's recommended that you change your programme every 6-8 weeks (optional, but recommended for motivatrion and to keep your muscles guessing).
