Welcome to your Clean Eating Active Living Challenge! Over the next four weeks, you'll implement two different challenges per week. These tips build upon each other, meaning each week you'll add additional clean eating tools to your toolkit. Also, incorporated are small movement activities to help improve metabolism, circulation, mobility and those happy hormones. By the end of the four weeks, you'll have new eating and movement habits that'll benefit your health for years to come.
This is a 9 week program with 3 training phases. The program requires some experience with resistance training. The workouts incorporate areas of strength development, power/explosive training and overall body conditioning through metabolic training and core development.
This 8 week muscle development program is suited to those with experience. The workouts are designed to maximise progression by periodically overloading the muscles with increased intensity and volume. Hitting the muscles with power sets, growth sets and fatigue sets to shunt blood into the muscles.
