There's so much more to fitness than the number on the scale, burning calories and living a healthy lifestyle. All of these are great benefits, but it's also about learning how strong you are both physically and mentally.

It's about learning your limits and how far you can push past them.

It's about learning to love your body for what it can DO, not just how it LOOKS.

It's about learning to show up every day no matter the circumstance.
