This is a one-time 60-minute virtual interactive movement assessment. Natasha will go over your problem areas as well as goals. You will complete an 8-step functional movement assessment where Natasha analyzes your body mechanics as well as give feedback and advice on how to correct movement faults to prevent or avoid pain.
