From "fat to fit." Struggled with obesity & health issues most of my life and used it to fuel my passion for helping others change their bodies. I know the real struggle people go through. I wasn't born lean or great genetics. I learned what works and what doesn't. I went on to play College Football, compete in powerlifting, natural bodybuilding and at the highest levels of Olympic Weightlifting winning 5 National Championships and 1st place at the 2000 Olympic Trials.

I have spent the last 16 years training hundreds and teaching them how to finally have the health they deserve.
