About

I am a husband to an amazing woman and father of 6 children. Izabella, Juliet, Ezmerelda,Jesse, Samson, and our son that is no longer with us Omari. Prior to Covid 19 lockdowns I was a full time operator in the steel mill and did online and personal training part time. When the lockdowns commenced I was laid off and was able to spend much more time with my family and working on Bold Strength LLC nutrition and wellness consulting. Being home and able to spend much more time helping people reach their goals and spend more time with my family convinced me that it was time to hang up my hardhat and continue to do what I love to do.
I started my fitness journey in 2013 as a hobby. I was just bored and went to workout to refrain from being wrapped up in negative behaviors. That turned into me becoming a competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and fitness professional. I have participated in 5 bodybuilding shows and 2 powerlifting meets since 2016.
As a prior employee in the dirty, grueling blue collar field I help individuals find balance between life, their careers, and living a healthy lifestyle. I am ready to help you go from surviving to thriving.
