THIS PROGRAM IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR FIRST RESPONDERS. THERE ARE 4 PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM. EACH PROGRAM UTILIZES PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD MEANS EACH WEEK YOU ARE EITHER ADDING MORE WEIGHT OR DOING MORE REPS TO INCREASE VOLUME OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. EQUIPMENT NEEDED This program can be done with a simple equipment set up consisting of dumbbells and an adjustable bench. As you get more comfortable in the gym or add equipment to your home gym you can easily substitute dumbbell movement patterns in this program for barbell versions.
