I am originally from Britain and have over 20 years global experience in helping clients from diverse backgrounds to achieve their personal fitness goals in the health and fitness industry. Specifically using tailor made training programs to support personal training clients in the UK, Spain, United Arab Emirates and Mauritius to get involved with triathlons, running and improving their general health and fitness.
In addition, I have worked for one of the largest rugby clubs in Dubai and gyms such as Fitness First.
