No equipment is required—just your body, a little space, and 25 minutes a day. The workouts are designed to progress each week, gradually increasing in reps, sets, or intensity, so you can see and feel results while staying motivated. This program focuses on: --Full-Body Workouts: Each session works your glutes, core, upper body, and lower body. --Beginner-Friendly Movements: Exercises are easy to follow, and should be accessible by most. --Consistency: Just 4 workouts per week, each taking about 25 minutes. --Glute and Core Strength: Special emphasis is placed on glutes and abs to build foundational strength and improve posture. Who is this program for? --Anyone who wants to get moving and start building strength. --Those looking for a simple, no-gym-needed fitness routine. --Beginners who want to improve their fitness with manageable, progressive workouts. I confirm that I have obtained a physician's approval for resistance training exercise within the past 60 days or will do so within the next 15 days. I release Carly Leasure and associated parties from any liability for bodily injury, property damage, or costs arising from my home fitness activities. This release applies to me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I understand and accept all risks associated with my independent fitness program.
