This monthly training plan is only for specific clients who we have identified during consultation may benefit from this program. This training program can only be offered by CPF trainers. It includes: 1:1 in-person training Nutrition guidance Access to our CPF app
CPF Nutrition plan includes macro and calorie monitoring. Along with calorie and macro counting for each individual client. There will be weekly progression photos, along with weekly weigh ins. All of this will be tracked via the Carry Permit Fitness app, where you will be in contact you trainer. Cancellation of services must be given with a 30 day notice.
This option is for those who simply would like all of their workouts planned for them, yet are comfortable enough to perform each exercise on their own. Based on the client goals, a personalize workout plan will be given to them via the CPF app. Each client will have unlimited access to their trainer regarding any questions or concerns they may have. Their subscription to this program can be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day notice.
With this package you will receive nutrition guidance along with an online workout program, which has videos explaining each exercise in detail. This will be a combination of both packages, that will save you money monthly. This program. Can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day notice.
Mobile Strength Training Services: Carry Permit Fitness will provide mobile strength training sessions for the youth athletes at agreed-upon locations. Customized Training Programs: Carry Permit Fitness will develop age-appropriate and sport-specific strength and conditioning programs to enhance the athletes’ performance, focusing on power, agility, endurance, and injury prevention. Group Training Sessions: Carry Permit Fitness will conduct group training sessions for the sports team, with exercises designed to improve overall athletic strength, flexibility, and explosiveness. Ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation: Carry Permit Fitness will monitor the progress of athletes, adjusting training plans as necessary based on performance assessments and feedback.
Growing up as a very petite yet active athlete since the age of 10, fitness has always been an interest of mines. It wasn’t until I was 12 and diagnosed with Type 1(then known as juvenile diabetes) that I truly began to know the importance of fitness as well as nutrition. While being forced to take my nutrition much more seriously it also forced me to find other ways to be active as well. I had gained 30 lbs in a 3 month span and had no idea how I was going to get it off. I took up weight training in high school, but it was still very hard to tell a young kid not to eat candy and other snacks of that sort.
So while learning how to manage diabetes and figure out how to get back to a healthy weight form my size, fitness and nutrition was forced on me, and I began to enjoy learning how the body works.
Fast forward to adulthood. In the middle of Covid I made the decision to start CarrPermitFitness all while becoming ISSA Certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, along with Strength and Conditioning. My desire to help others promote healthy living or just become more active was the goal behind CPF. I’ve since then helped numerous clients lose weight, transform their bodies, even become professional body builders all while doing what I love to do… coach fitness. When you have a true passion, it isn’t work, it’s fun helping others, I can truly say I enjoy what I do.
