Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to share a bit about my journey that brings me here today, helping you achieve your fitness goals! Born in Hartford, CT to two amazing Puerto Rican parents, my early years were spent in Barceloneta, PR, immersed in baseball and boxing—sports that defined my childhood.

However, in 1999, following the devastation of Hurricane George in Puerto Rico, my family and I moved back to Hartford, CT. It was there that I discovered a growing passion for basketball, a sport that I would continue to pursue even after relocating to Allentown, PA. Competing in basketball teams both in Allentown and later back in Hartford shaped not only my athletic skills but also my team spirit.

In 2008, after graduating, I took a significant step by joining the Navy, where I continued to play basketball for several command teams. The Navy was a transformative experience, where I developed a deep passion for fitness and health, recognizing the impact of helping others on their wellness journeys.

Post-Navy, I channeled my competitive spirit into amateur boxing, eventually leading me to one of my proudest achievements: opening my own gym in 2020. Starting in the midst of the pandemic, we initially offered only online classes. Now, we're excited to provide both online and in-person small group fitness classes, one-on-one training sessions, and much more!
