I'm a mom of three, originally from San Diego. We found our home in Fairhope after several job related moves and absolutely love living here. I found my passion for teaching group fitness through Les Mills, and I am certified in Body Step, Core, SPRINT, Body Balance and hold an advanced Instructor certification in Body Pump. I also have a Group Fitness certification through AFAA, and am currently working on my CPT through NASM.
