I found my love for fitness at a very young age and have been in the industry professionally for over 20 years. I currently hold certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Indoor Cycling, and Yoga. I have also held certifications/licenses in Gravity Resistance Systems and Zumba. Since 2018, I have served as a Board Member for NCCPT and serve on the NCCPT Recertification Committee and
Ethics Committee. I have also served as a Subject Matter Expert on the ISSA Group Fitness Job Analysis Panel. In addition to personally training clients and instructing group fitness classes, I have managed fitness centers as well as owned and operated studios of my own. One of my main desires is to help others find their love for fitness whether it be lifting weights or flowing through postures. I believe that everyone can achieve their fitness goals. They just have to find the right activity that works for them, then they, too, will find their own love for fitness
