Hi, and welcome! I’m Shannon, and I’ve been a professional fitness leader (group fitness, personal trainer, etc) since 1992. I currently teach Zumba Fitness, Les Mills Body Pump, and 360Express at Club4Fitness in Melbourne. I would love to help you achieve your fitness/wellness goals. In addition to my 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am also a licensed health psychologist/behavioral medicine specialist—in other words, I’m skilled and experienced in helping people change their habits to live healthier lives.
