*NOTICE* This program requires barbells and free weights at a minimum. If you do not have access to a gym with that equipment, this program will not work for you. It also has some "strongman" type movements, but all of those have included alternatives that can be done instead. 11 week (1 week pre-test/post-test, 9 weeks workouts) Fully Online Remote Coaching Program - 1 week pre-testing - 9 weeks training - 1 week post-testing - Nutrition guidance (guidelines for calories and ideal food choices) - Assigned Coach to ask questions, be held accountable, and make adjustments to your program THIS IS NOT A FULLY CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM. Your Coach can help with some equipment alternatives, answer any questions about the written program, and help trouble shoot any issues that come up, but this is a training program that does not come with fully customized 1-on-1 service.
