It's a responsibility on you to give me all the information I need, to check in regularly and let me know your progress, and to be completely honest with me about whether you are implementing the plan or not and why. It's my responsibility as your chosen coach to listen to your personal needs and goals, deliver a plan that you can easily understand, and most importantly give you the tools and principals that are non-negotiable to an awesome transformation. Included in the program is: - 4 week personalized training blocks.
