My name is Mikaela Stanton. Born and raised in Oceanside California where my love for basketball inspired my drive and the opportunities began to flourish.

My journey with basketball has given me the opportunity to travel abroad to places like Canada and Bosnia, expanding my knowledge of the game and experience as not only a player but a coach to hundreds of athletes.

As I transitioned from competitive play to my career as a coach I knew that my passion was to sinpire and motivate athletes to perform like they never have before. That's where METAFit comes in to play, Modernized Elite Training & Athletics. My goal is to inspire, motivate and train athletes that are ready to LEVEL Up! I help athletes enhance their performance by building athletic strength, producing game like speed and power , preventing injury and developing an elite mentality in their respected sport.
