Fitness and keeping active was always a main focus growing up. At 21, I left Scotland with nothing more than a degree and a backpack and spent 4.5 years working overseas with individuals from various backgrounds and beliefs.

I worked in management within the hospitality industry and started over-indulging in alcohol that had a negative effect on my physical and mental well-being. Having returned to Scotland, I re-alligned myself with healthy living and started enjoying personal goal setting and the feeling of accomplishment.
